Hours of operation:  7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Calls between the hours of 4:01 p.m. – 6:59 a.m. will be considered an after hour / emergency call.  Additional charges will apply during these hours which are detailed on our Tariff listed below.

Please call (520) 591-3178 to place an after hour / emergency call.

For purposes of FWC’s emergency phone / after hours service call policy, an emergency is defined as the existence of an obvious hazard to the safety or health of the customer or the general population.

Payments can be made at the FICO Admin Office:  Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. and on Fridays from 7:00 a.m – 4:00 p.m.
